The Erasmus+ Accreditation application for Erasmus+ Adult Education Personnel Mobility of the joint venture, which also includes our university, has been accepted.

The accepted accreditation application of the joint venture consisting of our university, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of Lifelong Learning and Gazi University offers the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ Program for a long time and to receive regular grant support for mobility activities. With Erasmus+ Accreditation, institutions/organizations have the opportunity to plan and implement mobility activities covering a period of several years in order to achieve their goals.

Mentioning the importance of the accepted application, our University's Continuing Education Application and Research Center (BÜNSEM) Director Dr. Instructor Member Hüseyin Kaygın underlined that Erasmus+ accredited institutions/organizations can easily benefit from the Erasmus+ Program by simply requesting a budget to carry out mobility activities during different call for proposals.

Emphasizing that this activity is an opportunity for institutions/organizations that want to make cross-border exchanges and cooperation in the field of vocational education, Kaygın said, “Stakeholder institutions, in addition to seeing good practice examples of adult education personnel on site and getting information about policies, provide opportunities for disadvantaged groups and adults. They will have the opportunity to receive training on innovative teaching methods and techniques.” said.

Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun stated that the accreditation certificate obtained includes important opportunities and said, “Erasmus+ Accreditation will not only facilitate the project applications of its institutions, but will also provide an environment where efficient work will be carried out in cooperation. Stakeholder institutions will be able to come together and set goals and share experiences with international partners. I sincerely believe that this initiative, in which Bartın University is also a part, will carry out productive work for the vocational, school and adult education sectors. I would like to thank those who contributed to the process and wish them success in their work.” used the phrases.
